I feel that as Microsoft is making updates to Office, the updates are geared towards the 365 platform and they are breaking the OEM version in the process. Again, this is the OEM version of Office 2019 Pro purchased through Dell, not an Office 365 subscription. In our environment, I've isolated it to Windows 10 Build 2004, Office 2019 and some X factor which has yet to be determined. I've spent a tremendous amount of time trying to narrow down the problem with little success.
